Bolster Your Bracket With Kyocera’s Pizza Dip

What better way to join NCAA March Madness than with a hearty dip recipe that’s sure to be a slam-dunk?  This rich pizza dip puts a bowl-friendly spin on a party favorite.  It’s sure to please the hungriest hoops fans, even when upsets rock their brackets (thanks, Butler)!  So whether that top spot belongs to Duke, Ohio State, or another tenacious team, one thing everyone will agree on is that this delicious dip will shatter scoreboards at parties all the way to the national championship.



8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup onions, diced with Kyocera’s Santoku knife
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup green pepper, diced with Kyocera’s Santoku knife
1/4 cup pepperoni, diced with Kyocera’s chef’s knife
8 oz mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine the first six ingredients in a shallow casserole dish.  Top mixture with tomato sauce, green pepper, and pepperoni.

Bake for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.  Bake an additional 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.  Serve with tortilla chips, french bread, or crackers.
